Membership & Location
Yes, Kwest is located in central Winnipeg (101 Pembina Hwy – River Osborne Community Center) front door entrance facing Osborne, with lots of free parking and easy bus service access.
Memberships start at $70/month for Kids and $80/month for adults. We are located at River Osborne, with flexible options for kids, adults, and families.
Yes, your first class is free! Whether it’s Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, or a kids’ program.
Competition & MMA
Not yet, but we are planning for this. While we don’t run a full MMA program, we teach the two core foundations of MMA: Muay Thai for striking and Jiu Jitsu for grappling. Many students start with these at Kwest before moving into mixed martial arts.
Yes. Kwest supports athletes preparing for Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu competition Amateur and Pro. Whether your goal is to test yourself in the ring or on the mats, our programs can help you get there.
Adults: Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu & Fitness
No experience is needed! We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced martial artists.
Yes. Many of our members train for fitness, stress relief, and health benefits. Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu are both full-body workouts that improve strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Yes. Our Cardio Kickboxing classes are mainly in our fundamentals classes and Intro classes. They technical but comprise high-energy curriculums perfect for improving fitness, burning calories, and having fun. No head contact required, occasional light blocking drills.
Kids’ Programs: Muay Thai & Jiu Jitsu
Children can start as young as 4 years old in our Kids Muay Thai program. We also offer Kids Jiu Jitsu classes for ages 11+.
Yes! Kwest has one of Winnipeg’s most established Kids Muay Thai programs, designed to help kids build confidence, focus, and discipline in a safe and fun environment.
Absolutely. Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program is available for ages 11 and up, focusing on self-defense, teamwork, and skill-building. We plan to add a full program for ages 7 and up soon.
