Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Open to ages 14+, classes will offer the full variety of pins, escapes, submissions, and their counters. Heavy emphasis will be placed on live drilling and open rounds.
Classes will be open to all fitness levels and no prerequisites are required. We recommend rash guards for the upper and lower body but only if that works for your budget.
