Goals for Muaythai: I would like to improve my techniques and be able to breathe properly when being attacked in the drills. I would also like to learn how to improve my mental focus.
Why did you want to come to the Advanced Muaythai classes? I like the more intense training and I know it will get me in good shape, but I also want to become a better fighter and Level 2 is where students learn that.
