Hello, and welcome to the Kwest blog! We realize blogs are not very common among martial arts clubs and gyms, but we feel this is a great way to keep our students informed and interested. We’re looking to connect, engage and share and ultimately to get you as excited about MuayThai and your training as we are. So check back here for general fitness and health info and links, ‘morning of’ sneak peeks into the night’s class content, lots of great MuayThai video links, commentary, etc, exclusive sales on clothing/equipment and anything else we can find to share with you. And don’t forget to leave comments, suggest content and offer opinions – we want to know what you are thinking!
So, all that said, what better way to kick off our blog than with some photos from our last fight night – Rumble at the R.O.C.C.. What a great event! We had such a great turnout, the fights were exciting and displayed a lot of hard work and skill, and we are so proud of all of our volunteers, fighters and supporters. Kwest is truly a family and we could not be more grateful for every member. You all made the night a night to remember and we can’t wait to do it again… So on that note, here’s your first bit of blog insider news – next fight card takes place in April 2011. You won’t want to miss it!
