Here we are enjoying another Christmas, and it’s arguably been one of the most exciting years on record for Kwest. We’ve worked very hard and a lot of credit and thanks go to our staff who represent us with such enthusiasm and energy – but most of all the thanks go to each and every Kwest member. You make it all worth while and we can’t wait to see what 2011 brings all of us. We can’t tell you in any words how thankful we are for your support and only hope to deliver what you need from us to make your life just a little bit richer, fuller, stronger, healthier.
We will leave it at that as we turn the “mic” over to one of our instructors for a Christmas message he wanted to share with you all. Thanks again and have a wonderful holiday! Don’t forget to view Grant’s full message (hint: baby picture!) after the jump.
Message from Grant:
I hope you enjoyed the “12 exercises of Kwest” (ed: last Stamina Monday of 2010). I know that it was a little tricky for some of you as some of these exercises may have been new to you. But, thank you very much for putting that smile on and giving it your best in spite of it!
Looking Back on 2010
I want to personally thank you all for how much dedication and hard work that you put into classes this past year. Teaching everyone and motivating them to achieve their goals is a pleasure and a privilege that I am honored to have. You are all a very dedicated and hardworking group, everyone always brings their energy and their best attitude towards every class they train in. So thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Watching you all smile, sweat, laugh and groan to achieve your fitness goals is the reason I love to teach at Kwest and will continue to help you all achieve those goals in 2011.
Personally in 2010
Follow up to question I was asked most in 2010: Is it true you had a kid? Boy or Girl, what’s his name, how is heshe doing?
Well first off:
For those who do, and those who don’t know; I took a few weeks off from teaching in the fall to welcome the birth of my son Noah Rutherford:
He was born Nov 6, 2010 1:15am – 7lbs 2oz – Happy healthy and Full of life!
So thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers, high fives and hand shakes, gifts and cards, emails and hugs. He is happy, healthy and doing great!
To Sum it up
If I wasn’t able to catch you before you left class on Monday and personally shake your hand; I am sorry I missed you. But thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication. I look forward to teaching you and training with you all in 2011.
All the best to you and yours this holiday season; Have a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy start in 2011!
Best Regards,
Grant Rutherford
