It’s personal training Muay Thai style! Work with a personal trainer on Saturdays and attend any 3 other classes on our schedule. Some restrictions/prerequisites apply when choosing your 3 classes but don’t worry we’ll guide you down the right path.

The Saturday class is “your” day with a personal trainer. Here you will punch and kick your way to a strong and fit you in a 45 minute training session. No partner is required for Saturdays and the workout revolves around HITT methodology. You’ll work with an experienced trainer and it will be interesting, fun, and very productive. Whether it’s fitness or fighting we can specialize your training to your goals.
