Happy Friday, Kwesters! It’s been a week of hard classes and everyone has really stepped up and brought lots of energy to each and every drill Kru Kelly has thrown at you this week…including LOTS of burpees. Today we are very happy to be able to share with you some photos of an event that took place recently in Thailand. We are so proud and honoured to be affiliated with the MuayThai Institute in Bangkok, Thailand, where Kru Kelly received his four levels of instructor certification and ultimately became a Kru several years ago. Mr. Bird from MTI sent us these photos of an event that they recently hosted at Rangsit International Boxing Stadium. He tells us “It was great performance and good fights as well” and from the looks of these photos, we are sure that it must have been a great night (how incredible is that young kid?!).
