The first half of week six should really have been called week sick. I’ve been out with a strain of cold that has knocked me straight into my pjs for the last couple days. Sometimes the body breaks down and is unable to fight off those germs that seem to be constantly looming the air. All though I feel so guilty for missing a class, I think it’s better to rest the sick body than to exhaust it further and prolong the recovery. I’ve been sleeping lots, drinking plenty of tea and water and I’m ready to fight back and returning to the gym tonight to make up for lost time. See you in there!
